SPSD150 Stage는 폭이 150 mm인 소형 정밀 위치 제어용 스테이지 입니다. 최대 10 Kg의 부하 조건에서 사용 할 수 있으며, 비 접촉 고성능 리니어 모터와 엔코더가 내장되어 Closed Loop 위치 제어가 가능하여 최대 3,000 mm/s 까지 사용 가능합니다.
